Constructing ‘One off’ eye catching pieces for, The Races, events such as  Cheltenham Fashion and Beauty week, Plymouth in Style, Fashion/beauty Catwalks around the Country and eccentric editorials.


Fern can dye fabrics to match outfits, hand bead, sequin, embroider to complete your unique look. She stages bespoke millinery workshops, unique Gatsby/Vintage styled Hen Parties for clients at their home or other venues, taking participants through the basics of millinery skills including working with felts, feathers, quills, vintage fabrics, costume jewellery to a final fascinator or‘half’ hat.

After graduating from Wimbledon, University of the Arts London, Fern led the Millinery Department at the National Youth Theatre and has had commissions from Whitehall, Hampton Court, Shanghai and The Dublin Play House. 

Fern has been a lead organiser in The Gloucester Hat Festival, The Youth Arts festival and runs workshops as a Costumier and Milliner for Gloucester Carnival groups.
